For me, there is no difference between service, ceremony, prayer, teaching, gardening, writing, walking, mentoring, speaking, facilitating, processing, blessing….its all Sacred…It’s all Ceremony.
Speaking
One of my many loves is sharing inspiring stories that hearten and imbue the soul with renewed hope, possibility and purpose. For me, public speaking is more of a conversation with a few hundred or a few thousand close friends where I hope to touch people deeply enough to shift their perspective on themselves, their families, their relationships and their businesses.

Leadership & Facilitation
My father taught me young that Leadership and taking Responsibility were one in the same. Most people want to be leaders but are unwilling to be held accountable, or hold themselves accountable for the job they think they want. They want all the perks, but run from the hard work, dedication and sacrifice needed to inspire others to greatness. I’m sure you have read or maybe heard of Teddy Roosevelt’s Man in the Arena which was an excerpt from am much longer speech he gave in 1910. “It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”
A dedication to persevere, to overcome, to be firm and compassionate and to deal with all the things no one else wants to…Stepping up and stepping in…
As far as Facilitation goes, I have lead all kinds of trainings and workshops for men and women all over the world. Using tools from Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Somatic, IMAGO, NLP, Bioenergetic therapies, Clean Language and ShadowWork, I help people move stuck energies and rewrite a new story, a “New way of Being” they can take forward in to their lives. I love doing it and I especially love to teach these techniques.
I had the opportunity to share these tools, systems and modalities to make the world a litter bit better place through organizations like Sacred Sons, MKP, Desert Wisdom, Odyssey of Man and many others.

Mentorship
It's pretty clear to me that one of the things that we need to accomplish in this lifetime is the fulfillment of our souls calling and purpose.
